THE ASK

Google Academy 2020 livestreams live on a “Collections” page within Ads on Air. The goal was to build a 2021 page that is engaging, interactive, and better conveys Google's 2021 messaging to excite practitioners about the year ahead.

The Approach

By creating a visual experience where our users will be introduced to Academy On-Air content by journeying from the beginning to the end of an illustrative world. Inspired by real-world journeys, the website will be designed around themes of achievement and illustrated with diverse images of the natural world. Our animated spheres will navigate these scenes, and unlock a series of triumphant animations.
